Chicken Mole Tostadas

Ingredients 

2 chicken breast, cooked and shredded

1 pouch of Authentic Mole sauce 

6 corn tostadas

sour cream

queso fresco, crumbled

red onion, sliced, for garnish

Instructions 

MIX in a pan one pouch of our Mole sauce with the shredded chicken until hot. 

ASSEMBLE your tostadas. We added sour cream, queso fresco, and sliced red onions to ours!
